FAQ
After using the booking section below to book your slot, you will receive a confirmation Email with further details, including a link allowing you to reschedule/cancel your booking if required (bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled/refunded up to 24 hours before the booking start time). There are locks on the paddock gates for both the Upper and Lower Paddocks. You will receive a lock code via text message and Email on the day of your booking at least 1 hour before your booking time. Therefore, it is important to ensure you have entered your details correctly when booking. Please contact us if you need to amend your details. Entering this code into the combination lock when you arrive will allow you to access the paddock. Please don't arrive more than 5 minutes before your booking time (to avoid distracting other dogs using the paddock before your booking) and please ensure you leave the paddock by the end time of your booking.
You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your booking time via the appropriate links in the confirmation Email for your booking. Click here for more help with booking.
Your booking is for your own private use. There will be nobody else using the field during your booking time. Both paddocks have 6 foot fencing to ensure large dogs are prevented from jumping over. We use Tornado otter fencing with small 100x50mm gaps to also prevent smaller dogs from escaping. Each paddock is in its own field, separated by a hedge with trees, and a privacy screen.
When choosing a booking time, times not displaying are already taken. No bookings will appear for a particular day if that day is already fully booked.
Both paddocks have enough space to allow you to drive 2 vehicles into the paddock with space for more vehicles to be parked outside. The Upper paddock has space for 2 to 3 vehicles to be parked outside. The Lower paddock has space to park more vehicles than this outside along the lane that runs down to it if required. There are no additional charges for extra vehicles.
Both paddocks have a water supply/wash station, picnic bench, summer house, poo bags and poo bins, plus obstacles for your dog to enjoy.
You can bring up to 4 dogs for your booking. There is an additional charge of £1 per dog for each dog you bring over 4 dogs (you can select how many dogs you intend to bring when booking). Additional payments owed can also be made via PayPal (our PayPal link: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/chapelfarmdogpaddock)
To take advantage of our 5 for 4 packages, you need to purchase your package first using the booking section, then go back to the booking section and make your bookings afterwards. You do not need to make your bookings up front when using a package and a package can be used across both paddocks. Click here for a guide on how to purchase and use packages.
After booking, you have the option to register for an account. This allows you to view/manage your bookings when logged in. Please be aware that any bookings you make whilst NOT logged in will not display on your account.
Both paddocks are accessible through the same main entrance. The Upper Paddock is just to your left after turning into the entrance and the Lower Paddock is at the bottom of the lane straight ahead. The paddocks are in two separate fields, separated by a hedge with trees, and a privacy screen. The main entrance is opposite a wind turbine and the post code will take you there if you are using Sat Nav.
The location/address of the paddocks is: West Road, Quintrell Downs, Newquay, Cornwall, TR8 4LD
